Getting Started with SNP Manager

Proprietary and Confidential.

May 2019 | Page 48

In the

File

dialog box, select the SNP Manager .tar file you downloaded, and click

UPLOAD.

An upgrade progress bar appears, and when complete, indicates that the upload was successful.

To install the upgrade software, from the

Software to Install

dropdown list, select the package you

want to install.

Note:

After uploading a package, it may take up to 1 minute for your uploaded package to show up

in the dropdown list.

Once selected, the UPDATE button appears.

Click

UPDATE

to start the installation.

A progress bar appears. The update may take few minutes. When complete, a message indicates that
the upgrade was successful.

Important!

Before logging in to the SNP Manager again, you should clear your browser cache.



To clear the browser cache in Chrome, press Ctrl+H to open the

History

page and select

Clear

Browsing Data

. Ensure that

Cached Images and files

is selected, and then click the

Clear Browsing Data

button.
