REFRIGERANT PIPING WORK
Install the refrigerant pipe within the maximum allowable length, the difference in height and length after the first
branch pipe.
The pressure of the R-410A is high.
Use only rated refrigerant pipe and follow the installation method.
Use clean refrigerant pipe where there is no harmful ion, oxide, dust, iron content, or moisture.
Use adequate tools and accessories for R-410A.
Manifold
Use a manifold gauge only for R-410A to prevent the inflow of foreign substances.
Vacuum pump
Use a vacuum pump with a check valve to prevent pump oil from flowing backward while the
vacuum the pump is stopped.
Use the vacuum pump so that the vacuum induction is available up to 5Torr. (-100.7kPa)
Flare nut
Use only the flare nut supplied with the product.
