• Backlight “BACKLIGHT”
Select the state of the backlight.

•OFF: Turns OFF the backlight.
•Auto: When any switch except [PTT] is pushed, the
backlight lights for 5 seconds.
•ON: Continuously turns ON the backlight.
• Push [P0](CANC) or [P1] to cancel, and return to the
previous screen.
2. Push [P0](BACK) or [P1] to return to the previous
screen.
• Dimmer “DIMMER”
(For the Mobile type transceiver)
Select the state of the backlight brightness of the
display.

•OFF: The backlight does not light dimly.
•DIM: When the "Dimmer" terminal of the D-Sub 25 pin
is activated, the backlight lights dimly.
•ON: The backlight continuously lights dimly.
• Push [P1] to cancel, and return to the previous screen.
2. Push [P1] to return to the previous screen.
• LCD Contrast “LCD CONTRAST”
Set the LCD contrast level.

• Beep “BEEP”
Turn the key-touch beeps ON or OFF.
NOTE: Even when “OFF” is selected, some beeps,
such as the lockout timer and TOT are not turned
OFF.
