8-19-5 C button Settings
The C button performs a non-uniformity correction (NUC) by default. However,
users can program the C button to perform a different function: perform a non-
uniformity correction (NUC), change color palette (replace ribbon), shortcut to
the Object Parameters Menu, auto focus, or turn on the LED light.
Change the C button function as follows:
1.
Press the Menu button to open the main menu.
2. Press down Thumbstick until the Key Assist tab opens.
3. Select a function by tapping preferred option. The selected option will have
a blue check mark next to it.
4. Press the Back button to save and exit the main menu.
ENSURE THE PROPER TEMPERATURE UNIT IS SELECTED FOR YOUR
APPLICATION. CELSIUS, FAHRENHEIT, AND KELVIN UNITS ARE AVAILABLE.
CHANGING THE C BUTTON FUNCTION WILL ALTER HOW THE BUTTON
PERFORMS. USERS CAN PROGRAM THE BUTTON TO PERFORM A NON-
UNIFORMITY CORRECTION (NUC), CHANGE THE COLOR PALETTE (REPLACE
RIBBON), BECOME A SHORTCUT TO THE OBJECT PARAMETERS MENU, AUTO
FOCUS, OR TURN ON THE LED LIGHT.
8-19-6 Temperature Units
By default the imager is set to measure temperatures in Celsius (°C). Change the
temperature scale unit as follows:
1.
Press the Menu button to open the main menu.
2. Press down on the Thumbstick until the Unit Switch tab opens.
3. Using the touchscreen, tap Temperature Unit (abbreviated Temp Unit). A
rotary menu appears.
4. Press up or down on the Thumbstick to define temperature unit: Celsius,
Fahrenheit, or Kelvin.
5. Press the Back button to save and exit the rotary menu.
6. Press the Back button to save and exit the main menu.
