Fiber quick connect ESCON and FICON cabling
Fiber Quick Connect harness cabling, harness brackets and mounting hardware are
ordered with the z10 BC server as feature codes. The feature codes are:

7987 LC Duplex 1067 (3.5 ft.) harness (FICON) from drawers 4 and 1
7988 LC Duplex 1524 mm (5.0 ft.) harness

The Fiber Quick Connect feature enables trunk cables to connect to FICON or
ESCON channels using under-the-cover attachment harnesses. These harnesses
are installed when your system is built, and your z10 BC arrives ready to connect
the trunk cables at your site.
