Electrical connection
Caution: Voltage!
All electrical installation work must be carried
out by qualified specialist staff (electricians or skilled workers
with equivalent training) only. It is the customer's responsibility to
monitor qualifications.
Caution: Voltage!
All installation work must be completed
before the HygroMatik nozzle system LPS is connected to the
mains supply.
Please observe all local regulations for electrical installation
work.
Caution:
The electronic components of the HygroMatik nozzle
system LPS control system are sensitive to electrostatic dis-
charge. To protect these components from damage by electro-
static discharge, special measures must be taken during all
installation work.
Caution:
During installation please perform the following steps:
•
Disconnect the system from the mains supply and secure
it to prevent it from being switched on again.
•
Ensure that the system is de-energised.
•
Installation and removal of the control system may only be
performed if the device is switched off.
•
Lay electrical cables properly.
•
Make the electrical connections according to the circuit
diagrams.
•
Ensure that all terminals are tight.
•
Connect the system via socket to the supply network. The
back-up fuses specified in the technical data must be
used.
•
The mains plug of the nozzle system HygroMatik LPS is
the network point of separation according to VDE and is
therefore absolutely necessary.
