Decides the working range of auto tracking
[Setup Procedure]

Enter into Target Dist Setup Mode at Engineer Mode
(2)
Select an item to change target distance of each direction, which decides the
working range of auto tracking. If its value is more large, auto tracking is
triggered in more broad area around focus center.
