INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY
FITTING THE SOCCER REBOUND TRAINER
Step 1:
The ball mounting consists of two parts, the expander band and
the star-shaped ball holder. Insert the star-shaped ball holder around a
suitable ball from behind. The HUDORA logo must face outwards. Fasten
the ball holder on the expander strap around the ball, using the hook and
loop fastener connectors. The expander strap must be on the outside.
Make sure to pull the ball holder tight enough so that the ball is exactly
enclosed.
Step 2:
Place the hip belt around your waist. Insert the end with the hook
and loop fastener tab on the other end of the hip belt and close the hook
and loop fastener. The hip belt should be tight, but sit comfortably. The
snap hook must be aligned centrally to the front.
Step 3:
Hook the triangular connector from the free end of the expander
strap into the snap hook at the waist band.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
• The length of the expander strap can be adjusted to the desired length
using the belt tensioner.
• Be sure to close all hook and loop fastener connections as straight as
possible.
• Avoid exposing the product unnecessarily to bad weather conditions.
Keep it in a cool and dry storage area.
• To protect the material, do not use the product on gravel or tarred
surfaces.
WARM UP
Warm up before each training session. Walking or running on the spot and
light stretching exercises are excellent for warming up.
PRACTICE SUGGESTIONS
Note: The rebound trainer can be used for a number of exercises. Training
of your passing game and goal-shooting training, as well as goalkeeping
and throwing training are just a few of these. Regular practice also
improves the general ball control. To get to the rebound effect of the
soccer rebound trainer, it’s best first to restrict yourself to exercises 1 and
2. By holding and guiding the expander strap with one hand, you can get
more control of the ball.
Exercise 1: Passing with the semi-instep (Fig. 1)
The ball is kicked with the semi-instep of the foot. It must be done hard
enough that the ball bounces back due to the rebound effect, but it‘s still
controllable. Kick the ball again with the semi-instep as it bounces back
so that it goes in the same direction.
Exercise 2: Passing with the outer side of the foot (Fig. 2)
The ball is kicked with the outside of the foot. It must be done hard
enough that the ball bounces back due to the rebound effect, but it‘s still
controllable. Kick the ball again with the outside of the foot as it bounces
back so that it goes in the same direction.
Exercise 3: Shooting with the full instep (Fig. 3)
The ball is kicked with the top of the foot. It must be done hard enough that
the ball bounces back due to the rebound effect, but it‘s still controllable.
Kick the ball again with the top of the foot as it bounces back so that it
goes in the same direction.
