About This Document

Overview

This document describes the tools and steps for installing the HUAWEI TP3206, TP3218, or

TP3218S telepresence system (telepresence system for short).
The HUAWEI TP3206, TP3218, and TP3218S have basically the same quantity of and

installation method for most of their components (except their multi-functional conference

tables).



The TP3206 has only one row of multi-functional conference tables with three tabletop

segments and six seats.



The TP3218 has two rows of multi-functional conference tables. The front row is the

same as that of the TP3206. The second row has six tabletop segments and 12 seats.



The TP3218S has two rows of multi-functional conference tables. The front row is the

same as that of the TP3206. The second row has four tabletop segments and eight seats.
