7 Installing HD Displays

Issue 05 (2014-08-01)

Huawei Proprietary and Confidential



DVI-DVI video cable

To facilitate cable connection, place foam or a soft mat on a table or flat article if possible, and put the

HD display on the foam or soft mat.

Mounting Brackets (A12) and Spacers (A13, A14, A18 and A19)

To mount brackets and spacers, perform the following steps:



Do not use any rechargeable electric screwdriver when mounting brackets to prevent

damage to the HD displays. Use an Allen wrench.



Pay attention to the alert signs on the brackets to prevent bodily injury.

Step 1

Align the mounting holes in the racks with the holes in the brackets according to the labels.

Then tighten four M6 x 16 socket-head cap screws in the holes to secure the brackets to the

racks, as shown in

Figure 7-6
