5.5.2 Example for Configuring the Two-way Frame Delay
Measurement in a VLAN

When you need to estimate service qualities, you can configure the two-way frame delay
measurement on point-to-point MEPs to obtain the performance of the network.

Networking Requirements

As shown in 

Figure 5-5

, the two-way frame delay measurement is deployed both on Switch A

and Switch B. The interval for sending DM frames is set to 10 seconds and the number of DM
frames sent each time is also set to 10.
