Pre-configuration Tasks
Before configuring a file system, complete the following tasks:

Powering on the router
z
Logging in to the router by the client end
Data Preparation

Configuration Procedures
Do as follows on the router:
Step 1
Enter the user view.
Step 2
Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 3
Run:
file prompt
{
alert
|
quiet
}
The prompt mode of the file system is configured.
By default, the prompt mode is
alert
.

6.7 Example of Configuration
Networking Requirements
By configuring the file system of the router, the user can operate the router through the
console port and copy files to the specified directory.
The file path in the storage device must be correct. If the user does not specify a target file
name, the source file name is the name of the target file by default.
Configuration Roadmap
The configuration roadmap is as follows:
1.
Check the files under a certain directory.
2.
Copy a file to this directory.
3.
Check this directory and view that the file is copied successfully to the specified
directory.
