Functions and Features
The ISM provides the following function modules.

System management
System management provides the following functions: device discovery, time
synchronization, performance statistics, upgrades, license management, system locking,
and exiting the ISM client.

Configuration management
Configuration management provides the following functions: modifying the basic
information, deleting a device, disk management, disk group management, volume
management, storage pool management, host group management, host management,
initiator management, interface management, mapping management, mirror management,
snapshot management, virtual IP management, replicate volume management, CVM
management, configuration data management, running data management, and primary/
secondary switchover.

Alarm management
–
Alarm management provides the function of querying current alarms and history alarms
according to different combination of conditions. You can view, clear, filter, and refresh
current alarms, and can view, save, filter, and refresh history alarms.

Alarm management notifies the user of the current alarms of the system through emails
and short messages. Therefore, the user can easily monitor and maintain the system in
time.
–
Alarm management provides the functions of exporting alarms and logs.
