7.2.12 Adding a Secondary Host
This section introduces the procedure for adding a secondary host.
Context
To improve the reliability, you can add a disaster recovery center for a remote replicate volume
group. A production center can correspond to a maximum of 32 disaster recovery centers.
Through this operation, you can add a secondary host, that is, a disaster recovery center to the
production center.
Procedure
Step 1
In the navigation tree, click the
Logical
tab.
Step 2
In the navigation tree, select the
Replicate Volume Groups
node.
Step 3
Select the replicate volume group to which a secondary host is to be added.
Step 4
On the menu bar, choose
Configuration
>
Add Secondary Host...
.
