For cables with labels Hall+, Hall-, Hall_1, and Hall_2, connect the terminal labeled Hall+ to the
positive Hall effect sensor, connect the terminal labeled Hall- to the negative Hall effect sensor, and
connect the terminals labeled Hall_1 and Hall_2 to the corresponding ports on the iBOX according to
the cable connection sequence.

3.5 Installing Adapter
Prerequisites
When the iBOX communicates with the UPS through RS485, an adapter is required.
When the iBOX connects to a LAN switch:
If the LAN switch has the POE function, the iBOX adapter is not required.
If the LAN switch does not have the POE function, the iBOX adapter is required.
Prepare ST3.5x35 tapping screws, washers, and M6x30 plastic expansion sleeves by
yourself.
Procedure
Step 1
Mark mounting holes using markers.
Step 2
Drill holes using a hammer drill.
Step 3
Knock 6x30 plastic expansion sleeves into the mounting holes using a rubber mallet.
Step 4
Secure the adapter using ST3.5x35 tapping screws and washers to a torque of 0.3 N·m.
