DANGER
The riveting tool must always be placed at a right angle (90°)
on the surface to be riveted.
Only use the pulling head suitable for the riveting process. The
wrong pulling head can result in damage to the threaded
mandrel, the tool, nut threads and components.
You can find the size specifications for the blind rivet nut or
screw in the manufacturers specifications.
DANGER
During the winding and setting process, never touch parts of
the tensioning head as these are moving parts which heat
up during the process and can cause crushing injuries.
1. Place the rivet on the threaded mandrel
2. Press the start trigger and wind on the blind rivet nut
Hold the blind rivet nut as far to the front as possible and
do not reach into the opening if the blind rivet nut is not
closed
3. Hold the start trigger down until the blind rivet nut is
completed wound on, the tool stops automatically
4. Insert the rivet into the provided bore and let the tool
process the blind rivet nut by pressing the start trigger
5. Release the start trigger when the setting process is
completed
6. The tool will automatically unwind when it reaches the
programmed setting force
