Installing an Expansion Board

1. Power down the server ("Powering Down the Server" on page

2. Extend the server from the rack, if applicable ("Extending the Server from

the Rack" on page

3. Remove the access panel ("Removing the Access Panel" on page

4. Remove the PCI riser board assembly.

5. Remove the expansion slot cover from the PCI riser board assembly.

6. Align the expansion board with the guiding groove.

7. Press to release the expansion board retainer clip.
