When pressing the Ice
dispenser lever, can you hear
the motor turning the auger?
NOTE: open door, hold down
door switch and activate ice
paddle to observe auger
movement.

blockage in the
chute that
dispenses the ice?
Check for solid frozen lumps of ice cubes in the bucket.
Ice can solidify into large lumps if not used regularly.
Advise user to empty and defrost ice bucket and dry well
before replacing.
If freezer door is opened regularly, advise user of not
leaving freezer door open for long when loading fresh food
or removing frozen food. (Refer user also to user book
troubleshooting guide).

Manoeuvre the auger until it locates into the motor shaft.
If still not dispensing please read on;
Ensure the customer is using the internal Ice Maker to
product ice and they have not added brought in ice to the
container. Ice made in the internal ice maker is of the
proper size and shape for the dispenser and must be the
only ice used for dispensing.
