All or Some of the Keys on Console Will not Work

Possible causes:

•

If keys are pressed and do not hear a corresponding beep, the membrane key is

likely defective.

•

If keys are pressed and there is a corresponding beep but the console does not

respond, then the upper board is likely defective.

•

Keypad connecting plug (N02 or N03) is not fit-in properly into the upper

control board.    Verify the keypad connection.

•

The upper control board is not configured properly.    Reference upper board

configuration in the table of contents.

•

Overlay is sticking or is damaged (N01).    Try peeling up overlay and

repositioning it.

•

Overlay is damaged (N01).    Remove overlay and press touch pad (N02 or N03)

for proper function.    If buttons of touch pad work, replaced the overlay.    If the
buttons of the touch pad do not work, replace the touch pad.
