Caution:
Do not touch the surfaces of the Integrating
Sphere’s sample-holder or the reflector accessory. This
can degrade its highly reflective surface. Wear clean pro-
tective gloves when handling the interior of the sphere and
reflector.

Insert the uncalibrated reflector into
the cuvette sample-holder. Be sure
the square top and bottom of the
reflector are seated properly into the
square depressions in the sample
holder.

Scan the reflectance spectrum in the integrating
sphere.

Insert the sample holder into
the integrating sphere.
Be sure the plane of the ref-
lector forms a 45° angle be-
tween the excitation and
emission ports.

scan the reflectance
spectrum as an emission
scan using the same
experimental conditions as
