Set up the F-3000 Fiber-Optic Adapter drawer.

Remove the standard sample
drawer from the instrument’s
sample compartment.

Insert the excitation and
emission fiber-optic bundles
into the Adapter.

Tighten the
thumbscrews on both
fiber-optic bundle-
holders to lock the
bundles into place.

Place the Fiber-Optic Adapter
drawer in the sample com-
partment.
