When you contact the Service Department, have the purchase date, serial number, sys-
tem configuration, and software version available. Be prepared to describe the malfunc-
tion and the attempts, if any, to correct it. Note any error messages observed and have
any relevant spectra (sample, polarization ratio, xenon-lamp scan, water Raman scan)
ready for us to assist you.
