Data-analysis using the DAS6 Foundation-
level package 

This part describes how to use the DAS6 software to analyze mapping data. For single 
point data, the DAS file is similar to a standard TCSPC measurement. For a full de-
scription of the software we recommend that you consult the DAS6 manual.

Click the DAS6 icon on the desktop to start 
the DAS6 software. 

2 

Open the relevant microscope DAS file. 

3 

Check that working data are chosen to be able 
to commence the fitting process.

You can scroll to display individual decays by clicking on the ◄ ► arrows at 
the top of the main window.
