This indicator comes on when the
security system is set. See page
for more information on the
security system.
This indicator comes on when there
is a system message in the multi-
information display. Press the INFO
button on the steering wheel to see
the message (see page
).
Most of the time, this indicator
comes on along with other indicators
in the instrument panel such as the
seat belt reminder indicator, SRS
indicator, VSA system indicator, etc. The appropriate indicator comes on
in this display if the tailgate or any
door is not tightly closed. Also, you
will see the symbol
‘‘
(example)’’ on the multi-
information display.
All the indicators in the monitor
display come on for a few seconds
when you turn the ignition switch to
the ON (II) position.
