OPTIGEN® AP3600™ AUTOMATED INSTRUMENT USER MANUAL
• #: This shows the allergen sequence in the Pette.
• Allergen: This lists the common name of the allergens tested in the particular Pette tested with the sample.
• Code: CLSI allergen code
• LMC: This is the chemiliuminescence unit measured for each allergen.
• Class: Displays the response number (0-6) for each allergen, with 6 representing the greatest response.
The color bar to the right also illustrates the response level; darker colors indicate a greater allergic reaction from the patient to
that particular allergen.
