When the testing is complete, the results can be viewed in the DMS software (see Chapter 7, Results Screen). If desired, click the
Export Raw Results
button to save the results in a pdf file for copying over the network or onto a USB drive.
Post-Run Steps
Remove all reagent bottles (Antibody, Photoreagent I, and Photoreagent II) from the AP3600 instrument.
Cap tightly to prevent any evaporation and store the bottles in a refrigerator (2-8°C).
After the run, the operator must follow the instructions in “Rinse and Drain” on page 10-1 to flush the system tubing and pumps.
Replace the reagent bottles (Antibody, Photoreagent I & II, and Wash Buffer) with bottles filled with Deionized (DI) water.
