FC-25 START-UP MIX: PRE-HEAT MAX

The Start-up Mix procedure consists of two steps: 1.
Heat up the oil to the Mix Preheat temperature and 2.
Drop the oil, filter, and refill the pot.
1 1.. Enter a new value by using the product numbers.
2 2.. Press “” to accept the new value.
3 3.. Press “X” to return to default or previous setting.
FC-26 START-UP MIX: DROP OIL: TIME Controls the time duration of the draining of the pot.

FC-27 START-UP MIX: FILTER: TIME This setting specifies how long the oil should be cir-
culated during the FILTER phase of the Start-up Mix.

3 3.. Press “X” to return to default or previous setting.
FC-28 START-UP MIX: NORMAL FILL TIME The expected time it takes to refill the vat at the end
of a Start-up Mix operation.

FC-29 START-UP MIX: FILL: NO DETECT:
MAX PUMP
If the fryer pumps for this amount of time during the
FILL phase without observing a temperature rise on
the upper temperature probe, the control turns the
pump off, and asks IS POT FILLED?. If pot is not
filled completely, press NO and the pump will attempt
to fill further.
