Awning installation modular

Note!

Check again whether the brackets are positioned on the arm bearings. If
the arm bearing position does not coincide with the bracket position, the
static load bearing capacity is not available.
Maximum offset between arm bearing and bracket is limited by tension
pins in the brackets. The clamping part must not be clamped on the
clamping pins!

Screw the clamping piece (1) into the arm bearing (3) from the bottom.
After tightening the two fastening screws (2) the arm bearing (3) is firmly
connected to the bracket (6). The fastening screws must be tightened
reciprocally with 8Nm.

In order to facilitate the following steps, the arm sleeves (2) on the folding
arms (1) must be slightly pulled towards the middle. This way the front rail
is slightly moved towards the front.

The articulated arms are under high mechanical stress. With the lower
modular group they are secured by means of arm sleeves. When
removing the sleeves this potential energy discharges. There is a danger
to life.

Note!

The arm sleeves must not be removed prematurely under any
circumstances! The following assembly order must be observed. There is
a high risk of injury and danger to life!

Suspend the upper modular assembly, as shown, in the bracket. A part of
the profiles of both assemblies engage with each other (see illustration on
the following page).

The upper and lower modular assembly must line up precisely after
suspension.

Insert the coupling screws, as shown, into the screw channel (4) of the
upper modular assembly and screw them in.
The clamping screws must be tightened by hand!

Attention!

If the clamping screw is overtightened, the screw channel will be
