5.2.16. Configuration of digital outputs
The Infrared Radiation Thermometer KT19 II may be preset at factory for 1 or 2 digital outputs. Digital
ouput 2 is only available alternatively to digital input. Both outputs allow the activation condition, reset con-
dition, inverse logic or non-inverse logic.
The digital outputs display the alarm status of the Infrared Radiation Thermometer via the active level.
Depending on the configuration either 'Low' alarm- or 'High' alarm or both alarms are transmitted.
Digital outputs are also configurable as a
synchronization output for function ‚self-reset‘ of maximum and
minimum value memories. Logic may be set to either inverse or not inverse.
The following configurations are selectable for resetting digital outputs:
Reset by command
Reset by digital input
Reset by lower deviation of alarm level
Reset by expiration of a programmable time
Reset after falling below or exceeding a temperature threshold
