Commissioning
➜
In normal operation, a pressure of 0.5 bar is applied to the
system. If this pressure is not reached after a defined time or if
the system pressure falls to a value below 0.3 bar, the system
generates a corresponding warning message.
➜
The system pressure is permanently set via the pressure
reducer in the factory before delivery and cannot be adjusted
by the user. If necessary, contact the manufacturer’s technical
service, for contact details see section “Contact details” on page
64.
➜
Note that, due to physical conditions, after switching on the
system and opening the supply line valves, the hose lines of
the CO
2
supply are not completely flooded with CO
2
until after
a short delay and accordingly, the system pressure is built up
with a slight delay.
Equipping and inserting S-boxes
Each S-box is equipped with a so-called inner box and with an optional water bag.
Proceed as follows to install and remove the inner box and to insert the optional water
bags:
➜
Pull the S-box out of the S-rack, against the magnetic resistance.
➜
Use the locking tool supplied to undo the two bayonet locking elements at the back
of the S-box:
➜
Insert the locking tool into the bayonet locking element and turn it a quarter-turn
counterclockwise to undo the locking element.
➜
Undo both locking elements in the described way and pull the inner box carefully
out of the S-box.
