AEROBIC
:
The aerobic is cardiovascular exercise and to improve blood circulation in your body. Large
amount of oxygen will be consumed as metabolism during aerobic exercise, for example,
walking, swimming, playing tennis, biking and dancing. Aerobic exercise will burn dextrose
and fat, so it is good way to loose fat. For exercise, the energy is from burning glycogen and
dextrose initially, fat will be burned after 20 minutes of exercise, and so if you want to loose
weight, your exercise should continue for more than 30 minutes.
