Video Operation Instructions

1.

Under start/ready status or treadmill is running, press

/

key to turn on/off.

2.

After turning on video, it will automatically switch to TV screen (default); you can switch
between TV, video and music. See below.

for selection. You can select

only one TV mode each time. Set-up is also available for further setting.
