MANUAL Mode
Under start/ready status, press QUICK START key to start the program. The default weight
70 kg will be used for calculating calorie consumption. Under this mode, you can press
speed/incline key to adjust the incline and speed of the treadmill. Initial incline is 0 % and
initial peed is 0.8 KPH. Default Time is 0 min.

The purpose of this program is self-training based on heart rate. The first 2 min is warm up
period. Initial speed is 3.0KPH and incline is 5%. After warm up penod,incline resumes to
0% and heart rate will be measured every 5sec, During the training, when runner’s heart rate
achieves the target, speed and incline will keep within a certain range for best training result.
On the contrary, motor will automatically increase/decrease or incline will ascend/descend for
some time to keep heart rate in target range for the best training result.
Heart rate is key index during workout. You can analyze whether the cardiovascular exercise
is effective or not. Heart rate differs from person to person, so the ideal heart rate is also
different. (Heart rate is heartbeats in one minute and the heartrate has upper and lower limit.)

You should control the intensity of workout in proper level. Once you feel uncomfortable or
dizzy, it is maybe too severe and then you have to slow down gradually.
Built-in heart rate receiver will detect the heart rate signal after starting the program. If signal
is not detected in 30 sec, the warning will display and motor will stop immediately. (Safety
mechanism)
