Connecting the Power Units to the CNC Production Welder

Switch off the stud welding unit and the power unit(s). In this
way, you avoid any risk of electrical shock.

‹

Insert the welding current cable of the stud welding unit into the related plug
connection of the power unit(s).

‹

Press-in the plug and twist firmly clockwise.

The connection is not secured against working itself loose!
Check the plug connections regularly before the start of work
to ensure that they are properly locked. In case of loose con-
nection, heat may build up in the plug and may destroy the
entire plug connection.
