La vite pos.AFig. 23 serve per la regolazione
in altezza della spazzola pertanto quando si
sarà usurata la spazzola si dovrà intervenire
avvitando la vite.
La vite pos.B Fig. 23serve per il brandeggio
del braccio porta spazzola, avvitandola
il braccio si sposta verso dx e viceversa
svitandola si sposta verso sx.
La vite pos. C Fig.23 serve per caricare la
molla di fermo spazzola.

BATTERIE
Prima di eseguire questa operazione
leggere attentamente il cap. 8 sezione 2.
Ogni 20 ore di lavoro controllare il livello
della soluzione batterie; il livello non deve
scendere al di sotto di
5 ÷ 10 mm del
paraspruzzi, se necessario agiungere acqua
distillata.
1) Per una buona durata delle batterie, siano
esse a piastre piane o tubolari, effettuare la
ricarica quando l’indicatore caricabatterie
segna il 25% ( batteria scarica ). Pos. 21/1
Fig. 13 .
2) Verificare spesso il livello soluzione della
batteria ed all’occorrenza aggiungere solo
acqua distillata.
3) Fare compiere sempre il ciclo di carica
ininterrottamente.
NoRMA GENERALE:
Per un buon funzionamento e durata della
macchina tenete pulito sia la carrozzeria
esterna, che
l’interno della macchina,
sotto i cofani soffiando con aria compressa
(operazione da eseguisi a motore spento
e freddo).
Togliere le batterie dal loro alloggiamento
e conservarle in un luogo asciutto e
ben aerato, per una buona durata delle
batterie inutilizzate per un certo periodo
di tempo occorre, provvedere alla carica
ed eventualmente al rabbocco ogni 30/40
giorni.
Pulite la macchina in generale, pulite i filtri
polvere e il cassetto.
ADJUSTING THE LATERAL BRUSH
The screw pos. A Fig. 23 is used for the
adjustment in height of the brush therefore,
when this is worn out, you will have to
intervene by tightening the screw .
The screw pos. B Fig. 23controls the
swinging of the brush holding arm, by
tightening it, the arm moves to the right and
by loosening it, the arm moves to the left.
The screw pos. C Fig.23 is used to load the
brush stopping spring.
CHECKING THE BATTERY SoLUTIoN
LEVEL
Before executing this operation, read
carefully chapter 8 section 2.
Every 20 working hours, check the battery
solution level; the level must not be lower
than 5 ÷ 10 mm from the splash guard, if
necessary, add distilled water.
1) To ensure a good duration of the batteries,
with flat or tubular elements, recharge when
the battery charge indicator shows 25% (
battery down). Pos. 21/1 Fig. 13.
2) Check often the battery solution level
and, if necessary, add only distilled water.
3) Always run a full charging cycle without
interrupting it.
GENERAL RULE:
To ensure a good functioning and duration
of the machine, alway keep the external
body as well as the inside of the machine
clean, by blowing compressed air under the
bonnets (this operation must be carried out
with idle and cold motor).
Remove the batteries from their seat and
store them in a dry and ventilated place.
To ensure a good duration of the unused
batteries over a certain period of time, you
ned to recharge them and, if necessary, refill
them every 30/40 days.
Clean the machine overall, clean the anti-
dust filters and the drawer.
CAUTION:
An extraordinary maintenance
is a type of maintenance that is
not described in this manual;
in fact, they must be carried out by
qualified maintenance personnel for
this purpose.
