2.8.1
Interlocks
Connect any external interlock switches to the Customer I/O panel at J7. All interlocks
must be closed to allow transmitter operation. If no interlocks are used, strap the
interlock circuits at connector J7 in the Control Cabinet. For simplified diagrams of the
various interlocks configurations, see 843-5494-538 in the schematic package. The
switch settings for the interlocks are also given with the PA Cabinet Controller
Replacements procedures in "5.10.3 Replacing the Cabinet Controller Board" on page
5-36. Table 2-1 shows the cabinet interlock options available via dipswitch S3 on the
Cabinet Controller Board. These settings also affect how the cabinet operates when the
rear door is opened.
