Section 6 Troubleshooting
Diamond Series™
6.2.4.1
AC Mains Fault
AC power dropped below threshold (hardwired threshold on LVPS). Configuration
saved to micro, and micro resets itself. Latching. Transmitter will automatically turn
back on as soon as AC power returns.
6.2.4.2
AC Fault
This is the fault output of the 3 phase ac monitor in the bottom of the PA Cabinet. The 3
phase ac line voltage is either missing or has a severe imbalance between the phases.
This fault protects the blower moter from a loss of phase. Transmitter will automatically
turn back on as soon as AC power returns.
6.2.4.3
LVPS A or B Fault
Low-voltage power supply failure. No effect as long as the other supply is working.
Non-latching.
6.2.4.4
EEPROM
Error detected while writing to EEPROM. Warning only. This means that if the
Configuration is changed, it will not be saved if AC is lost.
6.2.4.5
EPLD
EPLD (CPLD) signature does not match signature specified in micro firmware. Bad
chip, or failed to program. Latching.
