Operator‘s Guide
Trailer information
Click on the ‘ECU’ button then click on the ‘Trailer info’
tab.
The following screen will appear.
Enter details of :
Trailer manufacturer (10 characters)
Brake calculation number (20 characters)
Chassis number (17 characters)
Type (20 characters)
Axle information - load of axle/s installed on the trailer.
(default values are: Unladen = 3000 Kg, Laden = 9000
Kg)
This information is stored in the ECU and can be
printed out on the end-of-line test report and load
plate.
Click on the ‘Save configuration’ button to accept.
Geometric data
Click on the ‘ECU’ button then click on the ‘Geometric
data’ tab to open the Geometric options.
From here the user can enter the following vehicle
data.

Configuration
›
Lift axle position
›
Wheel base
The EB+ transmits 'Geometric data' to the truck via the
ISO 11922 CAN link.
'ECU setup' is complete (ECU parameters settings not
sent to ECU - see next step).
Click on the ‘Save configuration’ button to accept.
