PL
may appear before

PL
stands for power loss—it is
displayed when the power is interrupted. It often appears when the unit is
first switched on.
PL
may be turned off by pressing the ALARM RESET
Button (#26).When you first turn on the unit or perform a Master Reset,
the message
Set Clock
displays on the monitor screen. The clock is set in
the Time/Date submenu. See

Display Options Submenu
Time Format lets you choose a time format of either a 12- or 24-hour clock.
Date Format lets you choose date formats with a slash or a dash between the month,
day, and year settings. You may set this function to:

mm/dd/yy (month/day/year; for example, 02/26/03)
•
dd/mm/yy (day/month/year; for example, 26/02/03)
•
dd-mmm-yy (day-month abbreviation-year; for example, 26-Feb-03)
•
dd-mm-yy (day-month -year; for example, 26-02-03)
•
mmm-dd-yy (month abbreviation-day-year; for example, Feb-26-03)
•
yy-dd-mmm (year-day-month abbreviation; for example, 03-26-Feb)
•
yy-dd-mm (year-day-month; for example, 03-26-02)
•
yy-mmm-dd (year-month abbreviation-day; for example, 03-Feb-26)
•
yy-mm-dd (year-month-day; for example, 03-02-26)
