Milk ice cream
Ingredients:
Pure milk
720 ml
Whipping cream
320 ml
White sugar
110 g
Important:
Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to prepareing your ice
cream mixture.
Methord:
1. Stir the light cream unitl sticky status.
2. Mixing the pure milk,light cream and sugar.Then storing them inside cooler and
cool down to 5-10 °C.
3. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
Banana ice cream
Ingredients:
Large ripe banana
2pc (about 205g)
Pure milk
495 ml
Whipping cream
320 ml
White sugar
130 g
Important:
Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to prepareing your ice
cream mixture.
Methord:
1. Mash the banana.
2. Stir the light cream unitl sticky status.
3. Mixing the mashed banana,pure milk,light cream and white sugar.Then storing
them inside cooler and cool down to 5-10 °C.
4. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
