10. Trim excess cover material if desired.

ATTENTION:

Allow some material to remain. This

allows easier stretching of cover in the event material

expands after installation.

For the 120' long frame, repeat the steps to install the

remaining 62' panel.

11. Continue with installation of roll-up sides.

ATTENTION:

Ensure enough cover material is

present to lock into end rafter u-channel. Typically,

cover material is cut longer/wider than required.

For easier anchoring, allow approximately 10" to

extend past edge of end rafter as cover is anchored.

Remove ropes after cover is secure.

6. Continue down both sides of the first rafter until main

cover is secured to u-channel.

7. Move to the free end, pull cover tight, and repeat

steps to secure cover in the u-channel.

8. After securing cover end-to-end, move to one side

and install 102198A spring in side u-channel.

NOTE:

Begin near middle of channel and work

toward each end. Maintain an even length working

along the side. Final stretching of cover takes place

when last side is secured.

9. Next, move to remaining side, stretch cover, and

secure in place. Pull cover tight and insert spring into

u-channel.
