INSTALL MAIN COVER — SINGLE-LAYER FILM (OR 5.2 OZ) MATERIAL

Unpack main cover and pull into place. Ropes or straps are typically used to pull cover material

onto and over frame. Continue with the following procedure.

Gather parts:
•  Main cover and u-channel spring (102198A) for side and end rafter u-channel
•  Ropes long enough to reach over frame to pull cover material (provided by customer)
•  Tennis balls (or similar size)

Complete these steps:
1. Take cover material and position along base of one side of frame.

NOTE:

Unfold cover and locate edge.

ATTENTION:

This procedure shows the installation of a single cover panel over a frame. For frames that are

120' long, installation of a cover panel is the same. You will simply have two (2) panel installations instead of one.

Covers will meet in the middle of the frame. Secure one cover in one channel of the 111613Z144 double u-channel

and stretch to the end rafter. Finally, secure the remaining cover in the remaining channel of the double u-channel

and stretch to the remaining end rafter.

Install a single cover and one run of spring wire in an open channel.
