IMPLEMENTS
180 cm COLLECTION MOWER DECK
The 180 cm cutting deck (fig. 69, B) is a two-blade deck with collection. It is delivered with a mulch kit consisting of
a plate that is to be fixed on front of the mower deck suction pipe (no need to change the blades). It is also fitted
with two pairs of twin wheels to reduce the mower deck pressure on the ground. The cutting height adjustment is
hydraulic via button on the dashboard (see paragraph CUTTING POSITIONS). The mower deck can be
hydraulically tilted for maintenance. To set the mower deck parallel to the ground follow the instructions outlined in
the paragraph “MOWER DECK ADJUSTMENT”. For the maintenance of the mower deck gearboxes follow the
instructions outlined in the paragraph “155 cm MOWER DECK GEARBOXES”.
160 cm ALL PURPOSE FLAIL
This all-purpose flail (fig. 65) is very useful for mowing tall overgrown areas. It produces a fine shred making
collection unnecessary. It comes equipped with “Y” shaped tines as a standard feature, also suitable for shredding
small branches. It can be fitted with grass blades to give a cutting quality equal to that of a lawnmower, or converted
into a scarifier by changing the tines to scarifier blades. It is mounted following the same instructions as for the
mower deck: be careful to fit the universal joint into the grooved shaft. Regularly check the tension of the flail’s belts.
For adjustments and maintenance follow the instructions outlined in the all-purpose flail operator’s manual. If the
flail vibrates, check the blades. Should the grass be very high and should the operator notice excessive power
absorption, it is recommended to remove the contra-rotating blade, which is mounted inside the flail casing.
ATTENTION!
During work, please keep people away; do not work with the implement on gravel or foreign bodies,
which could be thrown away, becoming very dangerous.
160 cm LPM MOWER DECK
The 160 cm LPM cutting deck (fig. 66) is a 3-blade deck, width 1600 mm, the total width with side discharge baffle
is 1920 mm, without baffle is 1700 mm. It has3 different functions:
1) Side discharge;
2) Rear discharge;
3) Mulching.
To get from one function to another, it is not necessary to change the blades but only the augers, which are located
in the inner part of the cutting deck (fig. 43).
Choose the most suitable function, considering the places where you have to work and the grass height. We kindly
advise you to use the mulching configuration if you have to cut grass which is 10/12 cm high; the rear configuration
if you do not want that the cutting grass is thrown on streets or paths and the lateral configuration if the grass is not
very high and you have to use it in wide spaces, so that during work you throw the cut grass upon the grass which
has still to be cut. This way the cutting deck cuts the grass several times, grinding it finely (pay attention not to work
when the engine is stressed). Periodically check the belt tension and eventually adjust the spring register (fig. 68,
B). Lubricate the blade shafts (fig. 68, A) with grease every 40 hours. Change the oil in the angle gearbox every 300
hours, using synthetic oil LSX 75W90 (international brand API GLA+GL5; API MT1 and PG2; MIL-L-2150 D).
CABIN
The machine can be equipped with a closed, insulated cabin mounted on anti-vibration suspension and fitted with a
heater (fig. 69, A). The PREMIUM version is equipped with a heating system and air conditioning. The cabin doors
can be held open thanks to its door stops made for the purpose.
FRONT PIVOTING SNOW BLADE
The 175 cm front blade (fig. 70) has been especially designed for this machine. This front blade is operated
hydraulically and can be oriented to one side or the other. It is equipped with a rubber end, anti-shock springs and
hydraulic lift.
