2. INSERT PH SENSOR BEFORE PRIMING THE UNIT
Insert pH Sensor
1.
IMPORTANT:
Close All Valves BEFORE Inserting or Removing pH Sensor!!
2.
Remove pH Sensor Tip Cap.
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT LOSE CAP!!
3.
The pH Sensor must be installed into the plumbing system for proper
automatic operation.
4.
Insert the
pH Sensor
into the quick connect fitting and tighten.

3. SET-UP
NOTE:
Vent to the appropriate catch basin.
4. PRIME THE CHEMICAL PUMP AND MAIN PUMP
The
Chemical Pump
and
Main Pump
MUST be primed for proper operation. If not
properly primed, the descaling solution will not circulate.
Priming the Chemical Pump
1.
The
Chemical Pump
must be primed BEFORE the
Main Pump
is primed.
2.
Place the
Chemical Pickup Hose
into the chemical container.
3.
Close all valves on the unit -
Valve #1
(Drum Valve),
Valve #2
(Pump Input
Valve),
Valve #3
(Pump Output Valve)
4.
Attach a hose to
Valve #3.
Make sure the hose valve is closed.
5.
Open
Valve #3
.
6.
With the
Main Pump
Switch off (down position), slide the
pH Controller Switch
to “ON”.
