GENERAL INFORMATION
MT BASE PLUS
is an ELF magnetotherapy unit that uses, for therapeutical intent, the effects
induced to the human body by low frequency magnetical fields.
Unit has inside a generator of square waveform electrical current with frequency varying from
10 to 99 Hz and impulse time varying so to obtain a field’s intensity determined from 10 to 80
Gauss. Magnetical field’s intensity is obtained by changing realization’s time of the circuit
supplying the current into the transducer.
Quick variation of field induces into the patient the electromotive forces producing the
stimulating currents.
Current is monitored by a monitoring circuit managed by an electronic microcontroller
that guarantees the precision.
Unit has inside a sound sensor of magnetic field and a safety system that stops the delivery in
the case of short-circuit.
Two level transducers can be connected, in the same time, to the
MT BASE PLUS
( the field
produced by each transducer is the half of the total one), they were realized by semirigid
material to give more comfort to the application in contact with the body.
Buttonholes for the fixing by elastic bands are on the transducers and the two polarities North
(N) and South (S) are shown. This allows to use them singly or by coherent concatenate or
repelling magnetic field.
