4. Posicionamento do bracelete
a. passar a extremidade do bracelete através do anel
de metálico (o bracelete é já confeccionado assim),
puxar para fora (em direção oposta ao corpo), apertando
e fechando o velcro.
b. Posicionar o bracelete entorno ao braço nú aproximadamente 1-2 cm
acima do cotovelo.
c. Um vez sentado, colocar o braço com a palma virada
para cima em uma superfície plana, como uma
escrivaninha ou uma mesa. Posicionar o tubo de ar no
centro do braço em linha com o dedo médio.
d. O bracelete deve aderir perfeitamente ao braço.
Devendo ser capaz de introduzir um dedo entre
o braço e o bracelete.
OBS:
1. Solicita-se referir-se as medidas dos braceletes disponíveis nos capítulos
“CARACTERÍSTICAS TECNICAS” para assegurar-se de usar o bracelete
adequado a circunferência do próprio braço.
2. Desenvolver as medições sempre no mesmo braço.
3. Não movimentar o braço, o corpo e a posição e não deslocar o tubo
de borracha durante a medição.
4. Permanecer parado e relaxado durante os 5 minutos anteriores à medição
da pressão sanguínea.
5. Solicita-se estar com o braço limpo . Se acontecesse de sujá-lo, separá-lo
do monitor e limpá-lo com detergente delicado, enxaguando bem com
água fria. Não secar nunca o bracelete em uma máquina de secar roupas
e não passá-lo. Recomenda-se limpar o bracelete após 200 medições
5. Postura do corpo durante a medição
Medição na posição sentada
a. Sentar-se com os pés apoiados no chão e não
dobrar as pernas.
b. Apoiar a palma virada para cima na frente do corpo
sobre uma superfície plana como uma escrivaninha
ou uma mesa
c. O bracelete deve ser colocado na altura do membro direito ao lado do
coração.
Medição na posição deitada
a. Deitar em posição supina.
b. Apoiar o braço ao lado do corpo, lateralmente,
com a palma virada para cima.
