8.2.3 Contact position
The contact position of pipe ends will be measured in this step. This
position will be used as reference point for the further steps.
Danger of crushing hands!
Machine slide moves!
Danger of injury inside the moving machine carriage!
When moving to the end positions do not reach into the machine.
Start the action by touching the symbol then the display changes
automatically into the following page:
The machine carriage moves slowly until the pipes are in contact. The
measurement of the contact position is automatically executed when
pressure has reached the reference value. The machine opens
automatically again after the measurement and the display moves to
the next page.
