Input of welding parameters
If the free cycle has been already set-up, push button ► to move to
the next page.
If you need to change or create new parameters, type the value in
each field and confirm it by pressing ENT button; move forward and
backward with the up and down keys. Push button ► to move to the
next page.
Here below a description of the parameters
Ø = pipe nominal diameter [mm]
SDR = pipe SDR
HE = heating element nominal temperature [°C]
P1= equalization (bead build-up) pressure [bar]
t1 = equalization time [s]
P2 = heat soak pressure [bar]
t2 = heat soak time [s]
t3* = change over time [s]
t4* = pressure build-up time [s]
P5 = cooling pressure 1 [bar]
t5 = cooling time 1 [s]
P6 = cooling pressure 2 [bar]
t6 = cooling time 2 [s]
B.S. = bead size after equalization [mm]
*) These input values are intended as reference maximum limits:
therefore the machine will apply the optimized speed to guarantee that
the actual t3 and t4 will be ≤ input values (compatibly with machine
capability).
