Safely disconnect Moxi GO II

from the Computer
i.
Safe-eject the Moxi GO II drive from the computer.
•
Windows: Click on the “Safely Remove Hardware” icon
in the system tray
(bottom right of Windows taskbar). Select the option to eject the Moxi GO II
disk.
•
Mac: In the Mac Finder, click on the arrow to the right of the “Moxi Go2 SD”
external drive that corresponds to the Moxi GO II
TM
disk.
ii.
Wait for Moxi GO II
TM
to recognize the lost connection. The “Connected” light will go
dark (images above/ left to above/middle).
iii.
Touch the “I have Ejected or Safe-Disconnected at the host PC” button. The system
will return to the Home Screen (image above/right) once complete.
Note: If the disk
hasn’t been ejected/safe-disconnected, an error will pop-up (“USB Connection:
Please eject the disk first”). If that shows, retry ejecting the disk on the PC.
