•
loosen the cable further so that the kelly bar reaches a safely stable
position inside the hole;
•
release the cable by pulling out the pin 2

and

•
remove the kelly bar from the hole and put it in a horizontal
position on the ground using the auxiliary winch; hook it in the
same point as the main winch cable;
•
handle the kelly bar with suitable means, using the connection loop
of the main winch cable and making sure that the kelly bar is not
released
;
•
close the hole with the cover again.
